One .Flatbed printer maintenance before starting
1. Remove the printhead protection plate and check whether there is anywhere blocked;
2. If the UV printer environment is too dusty, it is easy to cause poor smooth guide rail, and the printing head is blocked in the process of printing. It will also lead to inaccurate orientation of the machine printing or the collision of the mechanical framework, forming damage and crash. It is recommended that you clean the flatbed printer printhead, roller and printing platform, and clean the stains on the transport belt.
3, look at the ink tank ink is enough, the amount of ink plus ink is 8 points full state;
4, turn on the power supply, computer, machine, see whether the software on the computer prompts the UV printer is normal;
5. Pull out the emergency stop button on the printer;
6. Check whether each part box system of UV printer works normally;
7, if you do not print when you can use software flash spray protection;
8. Keep the indoor temperature at 240 C and humidity at 55%.

1. When the printhead is not in motion, you can feel whether the temperature of the heating plate is appropriate with your hand;
