1. The socket of the nozzle can not be touched by hand to prevent oxidation, and no liquid such as water drops on its surface.
2. When installing, the nozzle interface is aligned, the flat wire is connected in the correct order, and cannot be hard-plugged, otherwise the nozzle will not work normally.
3. No ink, cleaning fluid, etc. can enter the nozzle socket. After cleaning with alcohol, the non-woven fabric will absorb it dry.
4. When the nozzle is in use, open the cooling device to maintain a good heat dissipation environment to avoid easy damage to the nozzle circuit.
5. Static electricity can cause great damage to the circuit of the print head. When operating the print head or touching the print head plug-in board, install a ground wire to eliminate static electricity.
6. If the print head is disconnected during printing, the printing must be suspended to press the ink; if the print head is severely clogged, the print head can be cleaned with cleaning fluid, and then the ink can be sucked out.
7. After the cleaning is completed, set the flash spray with a frequency of 10-15 times for 5 seconds to ensure the smooth flow of the nozzle channel and prevent the color from becoming light.
8. After printing is completed, reset the nozzle to the moisturizing place of the ink stack and drip the cleaning liquid.
9. Simple cleaning: use non-woven cloth and other nozzle cleaning fluid to clean the ink outside the nozzle, and use a straw to suck out the residual ink in the nozzle to make the nozzle unblocked.
10. Moderate cleaning: Before cleaning, fill the syringe with cleaning tube with cleaning liquid; when cleaning, first unplug the ink tube, and then insert the cleaning tube into the ink inlet of the nozzle, so that the pressured cleaning liquid will flow from the ink inlet tube. Enter the nozzle until the ink in the nozzle is washed out.
11. Deep cleaning: The nozzles with serious nozzle clogging must be removed and thoroughly cleaned. They can be soaked for a long time (dissolving the ink condensed in the nozzle) for 24 hours. It is not easy to be too long to avoid corrosion of the internal nozzle holes.
12. Different nozzles correspond to different types of cleaning fluids. Cleaning the nozzles should use ink-specific cleaning fluids to prevent different cleaning fluids from corroding the nozzles or cleaning them incompletely.
