We usually use EPSON XP600/4720/i3200A1 print heads for the DTF printer. As per the speed and size you like to print,you can select the model you need.We have 350mm and 650mm printers. The working flow : first the image will be printed on the PET film by the printer,the white ink covered CMYK inks. After printing,the printed film will go to the powder shaker. The white powder will be sprayed on the white ink from the powder box. By shaking ,the white ink will be covered by the powder evenly and the unused powder will be shaked down then collected into one box. After that,the film goes into the dryer and the powder will be melted by the heating.Then the PET film image is ready. You can cut off the film as per the pattern you need. Put the cut film on the right place of the T-shirt and use the heating transfer machine to transfer the image from PET film to T-shirt. After that you can split the PET film. The beautiful T-shirt is done.
